Experience & Qualifications:
• Qualification in a communications, marketing, business or equivalent professional qualification
• Property experience is desirable
• PR and communications experience

Job Description:
• Develop, implement and manage a focussed press and public relations strategy
• Manage all press office related activities
• Prepare communications
• Develop a marketing plan and budget
• Manage the performance of the marketing team
• Design and delivery of marketing plans
• Provide guidance and direction in resolving marketing related issues
